Yume Yang

Yume is an experienced educator and school leader with a strong background in curriculum development, teacher mentoring, and creating high-quality learning environments. Prior to joining The Perse School (Singapore), she served as Centre Principal at MindChamps, where she led curriculum planning, mentored educators to strengthen classroom practice, and worked closely with families to support children’s learning and wellbeing.

Yume holds an Advanced Diploma in Early Childhood Leadership, an Advanced Diploma in Early Childhood Education – Teaching, and a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from Zhejiang University. Passionate about nurturing confident and curious learners, she is committed to creating engaging, inclusive classrooms where every child feels supported to thrive and reach their full potential.
