Below you will find a detailed breakdown of our fees, designed to offer clear and transparent information as you plan your child's educational journey with us.
All charges are expressed in Singapore Dollars (SGD), including GST of 9%.

TPSS will liaise directly with the MOE regarding the progress of the application and will update families once an outcome has been received. The MOE typically takes up to eight weeks to review applications; more complex medical cases may take longer. If your child requires an MOE exemption, please contact our Admissions Team well ahead of the intended admission date so we can support you through the application process in a timely manner. |

Fee Payment

The Perse School (Singapore) application and assessment fees can be paid in the following ways:
1. Apply online via Online Application Form (A third-party gateway fee applies for each online transaction, per child.)
2. Complete the Manual Application Form – Submit a scanned copy of the application and assessment fees with payment confirmation to enrolment@perse.edu.sg (No payment gateway fee applies as the payment is made via PayNow.)
All school fee payments should be made by cheque, bank transfer, or PayNow. Additionally, a 6-month DBS credit card payment plan is available.

Late fee payment
Parents are required to pay the Course Fees in accordance with the instalment schedule outlined in the contract.
Payments are due within 7 days from the invoice date. While we offer a grace period of up to 10 additional days, a late payment fee of SGD 125 per invoice will be applied thereafter if payment remains outstanding.
We encourage families to reach out to the School early should they require any clarification regarding payments.
Miscellaneous Fees
Miscellaneous fees may apply for items such as lost or damaged library books and the replacement of student or parent ID cards. Charges are based on the replacement cost or book value. Loss or damage of school equipment on loan will be charged at the replacement cost. Parents are required to pay Miscellaneous Fees in accordance with the timelines stated in the respective invoices issued by the School.
Fee Insurance
Student insurance
The School maintains insurance coverage for customary insurable risks, including comprehensive liability and protection for school property. In addition, the School provides student insurance for every student in line with the EduTrust Scheme’s minimum requirements, covering school-based activities and related needs. Parents are responsible for arranging any additional comprehensive medical and accident insurance, as well as insurance for their child’s personal belongings.
Extracurricular Activity (ECA) fees
Extracurricular Activity (ECA) fees are charged per term and vary depending on the activity selected. Fees typically range from $0 (free of charge) to $750, covering approximately 8 to 12 sessions per term, depending on the programme. ECAs are subject to change each term, and activities with insufficient enrolment may not run.

Applicability of Discount: This sibling discount is applicable to families with three or more children enrolled concurrently at The Perse School (Singapore).
Discount Structure

- 1st child: No discount
- 2nd child: 50% discount on both application and assessment fees
- 3rd child: 100% discount on both application and assessment fees + 10% tuition fee discount
- 4th and subsequent children: 100% discount on both application and assessment fees + 15% tuition fee discount
Promotion Period: This is a limited time offer and is valid for enrolments confirmed until 31st August 2026, regardless of the intake period.
Terms & Conditions
- The offer is valid for applications submitted between April 2026 to August 2026 for any intake.
- This sibling discount cannot be combined with any other promotions or fee waivers.
- Non-Transferable: The discount is non-transferable and is applicable only to the eligible siblings.
- Withdrawal / Changes in Enrolment: If one or more siblings withdraw or do not proceed with enrolment, the school reserves the right to revise or withdraw the applicable discount for the remaining child(ren).
- The tuition fee discount will be applied for each year the child remains enrolled at The Perse School (Singapore), provided all siblings continue to be enrolled and none have withdrawn. The school reserves the right to adjust or discontinue the discount in the event of any withdrawal or change in enrolment status with respect to the terms and conditions of this offer.
- The school reserves the right to review eligibility and make final decisions on the application of the discount.
Perse Parent Referral Programme
Applicability of Discount
The Parent Referral Programme offers rewards to families currently enrolled at The Perse School (Singapore) for referring new parents to the school. When a referred family successfully enrols their child, the referring parents ("Referral Parents") and the referred family, each will receive a reward.
Eligibility
For Referral Parents: If you're a current parent at Perse and believe your friends would love our community, refer them to us. When your referred family enrol their child/children with us, you'll receive a fee rebate (based on the tier) for each new family who have enrolled their child/children and your friend will also enjoy a $500 rebate on future school fees! For New Parents: If you have been introduced to Perse by a friend whose child is already enrolled with us, schedule a visit to our campus. If you decide to enrol your child, be sure to mention your friend as the referral parent in the Application Form so that both of you can enjoy the benefits. In Singapore, the FPS safeguards course fees paid to Private Education Institutes. Fees are deemed protected only after fee payment has been made to The Perse School (Singapore).

School Refund & Withdrawal Policy
Refund Procedure
Refunds depend on when the School receives written notice of withdrawal:
- More than 60 days before the semester start date: 75% of course and miscellaneous fees paid will be refunded.
- 60 days or fewer before the semester start date: No refund will be provided.
Please note that refunds apply only when formal written notice is received within the timelines stated above. Any applicable refunds will be processed within 7 working days from the date of confirmation.
Withdrawal
Withdrawals made at least 60 days before the semester starts (August or January) receive a 75% tuition refund. Withdrawals made less than 60 days before the semester are nonrefundable. Please click here to complete our withdrawal form and submit it to enrolment@perse.edu.sg.

What payment options are accepted?

Are fees payable in instalments?
Yes. Fees are structured across two semesters:
- Semester 1: Term 1
- Semester 2: Terms 2 and 3 combined
Payment deadlines are stated in the Student Contract.
What other fees apply besides tuition?
In addition to tuition fees, a non-refundable application and assessment fee, payable upon application, is required for new students. There are also annual Technology platform fees, payable at or before the student’s start date. For students in Year 7 and above, an Annual Pathways and Progressions fee applies. English as an Additional Language (EAL) fees may also apply to students who require support with their English language skills. Learning Support fees may be required for students needing additional academic support. Other fees that may apply to some students include language programme fees and IGCSE counselling fees for Years 9 and 10. Are there sibling discounts?
Yes. Discounts are available for families with three or more children enrolled at the School.
- Second child: S$500 application fee waiver
- Third child: 10% tuition fee discount and 100% application fee waiver
- Fourth and subsequent children: 15% tuition fee discount and 100% application fee waiver
Are school uniforms included in the school fees?
Yes. School fees include one set of regular uniform and one set of PE uniform, provided by Bibi & Baba. Additional uniform items may be purchased directly from Bibi & Baba.
