Cambridge International Curriculum in the Primary Years

Our Pelican curriculum starts with a play-based curriculum and transitions to project-based learning. Literacy, Numeracy, Communication, Creative Expression and Understanding the World, are at the heart of our learning approach. We also foster Personal, Social and Emotional Development as a core part of our holistic programme.

Outdoor Learning Experience

Learning beyond the classroom. Our Pelican Programme integrates outdoor education as a key component of the curriculum, offering young learners a rich variety of experiences in natural surroundings that complement their academic, social and physical development.

Languages (Mandarin/Japanese)

Children in our Pelican Programme benefit from a multilingual approach, with regular Mandarin lessons supporting children’s development in both English and Mandarin.

For Nursery and Reception, all students will study Mandarin five times a week. In Year 1 and 2, Mandarin lessons take place three times a week, with the option to choose between Mandarin or Japanese.
