Toni Vila Perez

Toni is an experienced English and EAL educator with a background in supporting students from diverse linguistic and cultural backgrounds. He has taught English across primary, secondary and adult education settings in Vietnam, Ireland and Spain, including Cambridge Primary and secondary academic English programmes.

Before joining The Perse School (Singapore), Toni taught academic English, IELTS and SAT preparation at Nguyen Sieu School in Hanoi, and previously worked at Vinschool Primary Ocean Park, supporting students through the Cambridge Primary Curriculum. He has also taught English to learners of different ages at language centres in Vietnam and Ireland.

Toni holds a Master’s degree in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages (MA TESOL) from University College Dublin, a Bachelor’s degree in Primary Education (English specialisation) from Universitat de Lleida, and a Cambridge CELTA qualification. He is passionate about creating inclusive learning environments that help students build confidence, develop their language skills and engage with the wider world.
