Rohit Raheja

Rohit Raheja is an experienced Computer Science educator with over a decade of teaching experience across a range of curricula, including the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme (IBDP), Cambridge IGCSE and A Levels, and CBSE. He is passionate about helping students develop computational thinking, problem-solving skills and an understanding of how technology can be applied to real-world challenges.

Prior to joining The Perse School (Singapore), Rohit taught at Shiv Nadar School, where he delivered Computer Science lessons across the IBDP, IGCSE and CBSE curricula. His previous experience includes teaching Information and Communication Technology (ICT), Artificial Intelligence and Data Science, as well as facilitating coding clubs and professional development workshops for teachers. He also brings industry experience in software and web development, with expertise in Python, Java and database management.

Rohit holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Delhi, a Master of Computer Applications from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, and a Bachelor of Education from Maharshi Dayanand University. He has completed professional development training in IB Computer Science and assessment for learning, alongside Cambridge IGCSE subject-specific training. He is committed to creating engaging learning experiences that encourage curiosity, creativity and the responsible application of technology.
