About Teacher
Philip is an experienced senior school leader and educator with a strong background in academic leadership across international schools in Asia, Europe, and the Middle East. He has held senior leadership roles focused on curriculum development, assessment, reporting, data-informed improvement, and the development of teaching and learning practices.
Prior to joining The Perse School (Singapore), Philip was Assistant Vice Principal (Academic) at North London Collegiate School Jeju and Assistant Head Academic at the British School of Milan, where he supported whole-school improvement initiatives, led academic systems, and worked closely with staff to enhance student outcomes. He is also an experienced Chemistry teacher, with a passion for creating supportive learning environments where students are encouraged to achieve their full potential.
Philip holds a PGDipEd with Qualified Teacher Status from the University of Birmingham and a BSc (Hons) from Staffordshire University. He is passionate about using innovation, technology, and evidence-based practice to support both students and educators.
