About Teacher
Matthew is an experienced Mathematics teacher who has taught across IGCSE and IBDP programs. He is passionate about helping students build confidence in Maths while developing strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Fluent in both English and Mandarin, Matthew enjoys connecting with students from diverse backgrounds and creating lessons that are engaging, interactive, and inquiry-driven.
Beyond the classroom, he has coordinated the IBDP Mathematics program, led the school’s Mathematics Society, and supported students on educational trips abroad. Matthew also contributes to student well-being and development as a class teacher, house captain, and grade discipline coordinator.
He holds a BSc in Real Estate Economy from the National University of Singapore and a Postgraduate Certificate in Education from the University of Sunderland, UK, and is committed to helping students succeed academically while enjoying the learning process.
