About Teacher
Maja is a dynamic visual arts educator with over 20 years of experience fostering creativity and critical thinking in students. She specializes in teaching IB, MYP, and IGCSE Visual Arts, integrating a broad range of media including drawing, painting, sculpture, printmaking, installations, and photography.
Maja combines hands-on practice with art history and theory, giving students a rich cultural and historical context for their work. She has extensive experience supervising Extended Essays, organising exhibitions, and guiding students through collaborative and individual projects. Maja has also contributed to school-wide events, including TEDx, graduation ceremonies, and art exhibitions, demonstrating her commitment to nurturing creativity across the school community.
