Gayathri Ram

Gayathri is a specialist educator with over 15 years of experience supporting students across English, EAL, and Special Educational Needs settings. She has extensive experience in developing inclusive learning strategies, delivering targeted interventions, and collaborating with teachers, families, and specialists to support students’ academic progress and wellbeing.

Prior to joining The Perse School (Singapore), Gayathri worked as a Literacy Skills and Secondary Learning Support Teacher at Dover Court International School, where she provided personalised support, developed Individual Education Plans (IEPs), coordinated exam access arrangements, and supported students with diverse learning profiles. She holds a Master of Arts in Applied Linguistics from Nanyang Technological University and a Postgraduate Certificate in Education from London Metropolitan University, alongside specialist training in evidence-based literacy and learning support approaches.
