About Teacher
Emily is a dedicated Geography teacher with experience supporting students across Key Stages 3 to 5. She is passionate about helping students develop a love for learning, understand the world around them, and grow both academically and personally.
Emily began her teaching journey as a Learning Support Assistant at St Marylebone CofE School, supporting students with SEND and assisting A-Level Geography projects. She played an active role in pastoral care, liaising with parents and teachers to ensure student wellbeing, and helped run the school’s Model United Nations program.
Previously, Emily taught Geography at Ada Lovelace CofE School, delivering engaging lessons from Years 7 to 11. She ran a Geography club with regular trips and activities, supports students in her tutor group through pastoral guidance and PSHE workshops, and actively contributes to school-wide professional development sessions.
Emily’s teaching combines strong academic rigour with a supportive, student-focused approach, encouraging curiosity, critical thinking, and personal growth.
