Danni Li

Danni Li is a passionate and creative Mandarin and language educator with extensive experience teaching across primary and secondary settings in the UK. She holds a PGCE in Languages (Mandarin with a European Language/EAL) from University College London, an MA in Education Management from King’s College London, and a BA in Chinese Language and Literature from North China Institute of Science & Technology.

Danni has taught Key Stages 1–5, including GCSE and IB learners, and has successfully led the Mandarin Excellence Programme, improving student outcomes and fostering wider engagement with Mandarin across the school community. She is experienced in creating differentiated lessons for diverse learners, supporting SEN students, and extending learning through co-curricular activities, such as immersive Mandarin days, holiday camps, and enrichment clubs.

Beyond the classroom, Danni brings her creativity to dance, music, and cultural activities, having led K-pop, jazz, and Chinese dance classes, as well as organizing school events and competitions. She has received recognition for her innovative teaching plans and presentations, and is committed to cultivating an inclusive, engaging, and culturally rich learning environment.
