About Teacher
Carly is an experienced senior school leader with over 12 years of teaching and leadership experience across the UK and international schools. She has extensive expertise in pastoral care, student wellbeing, safeguarding, and inclusive education, having served as Head of Student Support and Wellbeing, SENCO, and Key Stage 4 Pastoral Leader. Passionate about ensuring every student feels supported to thrive, Carly works closely with staff, students, families, and external agencies to foster a culture of belonging, resilience, and academic success.
Carly holds a PGCE in Secondary Education from Swansea Metropolitan University, a BSc (Hons) in Geography from Swansea University, and the National Award for SEN Coordination. She is currently completing the National Professional Qualification for Headship (NPQH). Committed to developing inclusive school communities, Carly believes that strong relationships, high expectations, and personalized support enable every student to achieve their full potential.
