Alexandra is a passionate Primary School Teacher with over a decade of experience in diverse, multicultural educational settings. She holds a PGCE with QTS from the University of Derby and an LLB (Hons) in Law with Criminology from Staffordshire University. Alexandra specialises in fostering a positive learning environment that inspires students to engage, grow, and develop confidence in their abilities.
Her expertise includes supporting EAL learners, managing behavioural needs, and working with pupils from disadvantaged backgrounds. She has led KS1 teams, implemented the Little Wandle phonics scheme, and overseen curriculum planning aligned with the National Curriculum, achieving measurable improvements in student outcomes. Alexandra is committed to professional growth and has undertaken advanced training in SEND, EAL, and mastery maths teaching, as well as mentoring trainee teachers.
