About Teacher
Akbar is a dedicated Special Education Educator with experience supporting students with diverse learning needs through personalised and inclusive teaching approaches. As a Lead Special Education Teacher previously at Saint Clare School for Special Education, he developed individualised education plans (IEPs), designed differentiated learning experiences, and collaborated with families and multidisciplinary teams to support students’ academic, social, and personal development.
Akbar holds a Bachelor of Arts in Guidance and Counselling from Northumbria University Newcastle and a Diploma in Health Management and Promotion from Republic Polytechnic. He is passionate about creating supportive learning environments that empower students to build confidence, independence, and a lifelong love of learning.
