Wrapping Up with Energy and Excitement: The Final Week of Term
The last week of term at The Perse School (Singapore) was a joyful celebration of everything our students have learned, achieved, and experienced this year. From milestone moments to fun-filled activities, it was the perfect way to wrap up a memorable term.
The week kicked off with Move Up Day, where students stepped into their future classrooms, met new teachers, and got a glimpse of what lies ahead. There was a buzz of excitement as they imagined the year to come—full of new challenges, friendships, and adventures.
Midweek brought the much-anticipated Junior Dodgeball Tournament, where agility met enthusiasm in a series of high-energy matches. The tournament ended with a crowd favourite: a final match where the student winners faced off against the teachers in a thrilling showdown that had everyone cheering.
And then came the last day of school—a mix of celebration and reflection. Laughter echoed through the halls as students enjoyed class parties, shared memories, and said their goodbyes. As a new tradition in the making, the day ended with a heartfelt “honking out” from school buses, sending students into the holidays with cheers and warm wishes.
It was a week full of energy, emotion, and community—reminding us that school is more than a place to learn; it’s a place to grow, connect, and belong.
Wishing all our students and families a well-deserved, restful break. We can’t wait to see you back next term!
