About Teacher
Tricia Chen has a passion for helping children connect with others through language and cultural understanding. With a background in Intercultural Studies from Columbia Bible College in Canada, Tricia has worked in a variety of international settings, including The Japanese School in Singapore. There, she supported children in improving their English language skills through fun and interactive lessons. She created engaging activities, including multicultural events, to help students learn while exploring different cultures.
Tricia’s previous experiences also include coordinating youth programs at Alpha Singapore, leading a team at Little Sprout Cafe in Canada to support individuals with special needs, and teaching dance and drama to children in Thailand. Throughout her career, she has focused on creating positive, inclusive environments where children feel empowered to grow and learn.
Tricia is dedicated to helping students build confidence in their abilities and connect with the world around them, making her a valuable part of any learning community.
