Sophie Pedder

Sophie is currently working towards a BA (Honours) in Education Studies (Primary) and is excited to bring her passion for working with children into the classroom. Before moving into education, she spent over a decade in London in senior administrative roles, supporting executives and managing busy teams in leading advertising agencies. This experience sharpened her organisation, communication, and problem-solving skills—qualities she now uses to help create a smooth, supportive, and engaging learning environment for our pupils. Sophie is enthusiastic about building positive relationships with children and helping them grow in confidence and curiosity.
