About Teacher
Sera is a dedicated Early Childhood Educator with experience in both Singaporean and Australian educational systems. She holds a BA (Hons.) in Interior Architecture and a PGDE in Early Childhood Studies from Edith Cowan University, Australia. Sera is passionate about creating child-led learning environments that foster curiosity, creativity, and independence. She has extensive experience designing purposeful spaces that support each child’s unique needs, while integrating Reggio Emilia-inspired pedagogy and inquiry-based learning.
Sera has worked across a variety of early childhood settings, including kindergartens and childcare centres, developing and implementing curricula for Literacy, Mathematics, and holistic development. Beyond the classroom, Sera contributes to school-wide projects, events, and professional learning communities, and has been recognised as a Silver Winner for Best Teacher of the Year at the HoneyKids Asia: Singapore Education Awards 2024.
