About Teacher
Ronan is an experienced and passionate History and Humanities educator with over a decade of international teaching experience across the UK, Africa, and Asia. He has taught and developed programmes in IB MYP, IBDP, IGCSE, and A Level History, and is committed to fostering curiosity, critical thinking, and independent learning in students.
Ronan has designed and delivered engaging curricula that support high academic achievement, including an IGCSE History course with strong student outcomes in 2025. He also brings expertise in supervision of Extended Essays in History and World Studies, and regularly leads professional development on inclusive practices and neurodiversity.
Beyond the classroom, Ronan has played key leadership roles such as Duke of Edinburgh Award Coordinator and House Manager, and is actively involved in co‑curricular life through debating, sports, and Model African Union activities. He is currently pursuing a Master’s in International Affairs with King’s College London, further enriching his global perspective on teaching and learning.
