About Teacher
Muneera Faisal is an experienced and passionate Early Years Teacher. With nearly 10 years of teaching experience, Muneera is dedicated to creating a positive and dynamic learning environment where young learners can thrive. She has extensive experience teaching children aged 2-7 and is skilled in adopting the inquiry-based curriculum to facilitate engaging and hands-on learning experiences.
In her most recent role at Islander Preschool, Muneera played a key role in planning field trips, creating bi-weekly newsletters for parents, and setting up innovative projects for the youngest learners to enjoy. She is also adept at using technology to support learning and to keep parents updated on their children’s progress.
Muneera’s background includes significant experience with the Early Years curriculum. Her creativity extends to organising extracurricular activities such as art and play classes, early years literacy and numeracy sessions.
Muneera holds a Bachelor of Arts in Childhood and Early Years Studies from Northumbria University, and her enthusiasm for fostering a supportive and stimulating learning environment makes her a valuable addition to our team.
