About Principal
Lynne Oldfield is an accomplished international educator and school leader with over 30 years of experience in prestigious institutions across the UK and Asia. Prior to joining The Perse School (Singapore), she served as Principal of North London Collegiate School Jeju, where she led the school to international recognition, including the award for British International School of the Year 2021.
Lynne has held senior leadership roles at Haileybury Almaty and Harrow International School Beijing, bringing extensive expertise in strategic leadership, curriculum innovation, safeguarding, and whole-school improvement. Her leadership is marked by a deep commitment to academic excellence, student wellbeing, and inclusive, values-driven education. She is passionate about nurturing global citizens through holistic learning and is dedicated to strengthening the school’s connection with The Perse School, Cambridge.
