Katelyn Phua

Katelyn Phua is an experienced early childhood educator and leader with a strong background in preschool management, curriculum development, and educational entrepreneurship. With a Bachelor’s in Early Childhood Education and a Diploma in Early Childhood Education (Leadership), she combines hands-on teaching expertise with operational and strategic leadership across international and local preschool settings.

Katelyn has led teams and classrooms at Little Lions Preschool and Willow Nursery, designing play-based and inquiry-led learning programmes that support holistic child development. She has successfully managed daily operations, curated enrichment initiatives recognised for innovation, and facilitated transitions in licensing and curriculum alignment, demonstrating her ability to blend educational excellence with operational efficiency.

In addition to her leadership in early childhood education, Katelyn founded EnrichMe, a start-up connecting parents with children’s activity centres, where she led product development, secured partnerships, and drove marketing initiatives. Her entrepreneurial experience reflects her creativity, problem-solving skills, and commitment to enhancing learning experiences beyond the classroom.

Fluent in English and Mandarin, Katelyn is passionate about fostering curiosity, creativity, and confidence in young learners, while cultivating strong relationships with families and colleagues. She continues to engage in professional development and community initiatives, integrating her interests in numeracy, entrepreneurship, and the arts into her teaching practice.
