About Teacher
Irene is a passionate Early Years educator with a strong commitment to nurturing young learners. She holds a Diploma in Child Psychology and Early Education from Ngee Ann Polytechnic, Singapore, and a Bachelor of Education (Early Years) from RMIT, Melbourne. With five years of experience in both local and international early childhood settings, Irene has worked with children aged 0–6 across diverse classrooms and childcare centres.
Her expertise spans Reggio Emilia-inspired learning, physical education for toddlers, speech and literacy development, and holistic child observation and assessment. Irene has also contributed to curriculum planning, teacher mentoring, and school-wide events, including performances and celebrations of learning. She integrates creativity, critical thinking, and play-based learning to provide engaging, inclusive, and supportive environments for young learners.
