Annie McGeachin

Annie is a dedicated and adaptable primary educator with experience teaching across multiple year levels. She is passionate about creating inclusive, student-centred learning environments that nurture curiosity, independence, and a love of learning.

With a strong background in inquiry-based practice and differentiated instruction, Annie is skilled at supporting diverse learners, including English language learners and students with additional needs. She places a strong emphasis on student wellbeing, ensuring her classroom is a safe, engaging, and supportive space for every child.

Annie previously taught at Parktone Primary School in Australia, where she also serves as a Team Leader. In this role, she collaborates closely with colleagues to support professional growth, curriculum development, and high-quality teaching practice. Alongside her classroom work, Annie contributes as an Item Reviewer for the Digital Assessment Library, evaluating educational content for clarity, accessibility, and curriculum alignment.

Annie holds a Bachelor of Education (Primary) from Deakin University. She brings a global perspective, strong collaborative skills, and a commitment to continuous professional development. Outside the classroom, she enjoys contributing to co-curricular activities and supporting whole-school initiatives that enhance student learning and wellbeing.
