About Teacher
Vanessa joins us with a rich background in early childhood education, bringing over a decade of experience that emphasises empathy, collaboration, and a strong commitment to nurturing young learners. Her diverse experience includes successfully planning engaging school events, managing effective communication with parents, and continuously evolving her teaching methods to enhance student learning.
Vanessa holds a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) in Childhood and Early Years Studies, along with specialised qualifications in Special Education Needs and Specific Learning Differences, underpinning her dedication to inclusivity and adaptive teaching.
Fluent in English and conversational in Mandarin, Vanessa is also learning Japanese. Her multicultural and multilingual capabilities will be an asset as she connects with our diverse community. Additionally, she is a co-author of the children’s storybook I Know They Still Love Me, reflecting her creativity and commitment to literacy.
