About Teacher
Ruiqi is a passionate and dedicated educator with a Master of Teaching and a Bachelor of Science in Neuroscience from The University of Western Australia. She believes in fostering an inclusive, inquiry-based classroom environment that encourages students to embrace authentic learning experiences. With strong expertise in differentiation, ICT integration, and curriculum design, Ruiqi is committed to nurturing curiosity, collaboration, and lifelong learning.
With extensive teaching experience at Middleton International School, Ruiqi has served as a Grade 4 and Grade 5 Homeroom Teacher, where she has been instrumental in curriculum planning and delivery across the International Primary Curriculum (IPC), Singapore Mathematics Curriculum, and UK National English Curriculum.
Beyond the classroom, Ruiqi has demonstrated leadership through her role as Heuristics Project Lead, where she initiated the Singapore Kangaroo Mathematics Competition across campuses and delivered professional development workshops for her colleagues.
