About Teacher

Shariffah is an experienced early years educator who brings warmth, care, and creativity to the classroom. She has worked in a variety of international schools across Singapore, supporting young learners from 18 months to primary age. At The Perse, she works closely with our youngest children, creating a safe, nurturing space where they feel confident to explore, play, and learn.

Before joining The Perse, Shariffah held teaching roles at Brighton College, Stamford American International School, and the German European School. She has led teams, supported classroom routines, and helped design activities that spark curiosity and support each child’s development—whether through music, movement, storytelling or imaginative play.

Shariffah is also trained in using technology in the classroom and holds certifications in first aid and child safety. Fluent in English and Malay, she is a strong communicator who builds warm, trusting relationships with both children and families.

Her calm and thoughtful approach, along with her deep experience in early childhood education, makes her a valued and reassuring presence in our learning community.
